Waypoints 2.0 without being connected to Mavic 2?

Is it possible to set Waypoint 2.0 missions in DJI Go 4 without being connected to the Mavic 2? One of the nice things about Litchi is that you can set up your missions without having to be connected to the drone (and waste battery), save them and then go fly.

You can if connected to the controller - but the height of each waypoint is restricted to 65 feet (once you click on it)

So, not much use really.

There are several YouTube videos of Waypoint 2 being setup on drones that are connected, but not in flight. At the end of setup, there is a icon on the left that says "Go," and the drone takes off. I have tried to copy the videos, but keep getting the comment that required conditions not met because APAS is not enabled. Cannot figure out what I'm doing wrong!
