Weak GPS Signal

Hi, I've been a UAS pilot for about two years now and about a month ago I came across this "weak gps signal" notification for the first time. It ended with a crash in to a tree. I linked the flight record video as well as the video of it crashing. I basically lost control of the drone and it was spinning uncontrollably. I am going back onto this site tomorrow so any advice on how to avoid this again would be much appreciated.

I don't think the weak GPS signal caused the problem. It looked like the control issue started when you got close to the metal table and chairs which might have caused a compass confusion. Looking at your two videos, it switches into Opti mode only briefly and was in GPS mode when it looked out of control. It seemed to be back in control when you were at the tree, but by then it was too late to avoid a collision.

Posting which Mavic you were flying and the logs would help those smarter than me find the cause.
