My Mavic crashed and I'm sending it for repair. I'm confused about what I need to send. In particular, do I need to send the remote?
DJI's site says:
Is the remote necessary for them to diagnose and repair things? There isn't any problem with my remote AFAIK, the crash was purely operator error
DJI's site says:
- "Please send the aircraft, gimbal camera, and remote controller back for diagnosis."
- "If you have purchased DJI Care Refresh for your Mavic Pro, please send the battery together with the aircraft and gimbal camera back to DJI for analysis.
Do not ship swollen/punctured/visibly damaged batteries or those are not defective at all."
