yep, it was a small spy cam I bought for the drone....

Magnetic interference from the motors and an unshielded cam, like a spycam, will cause this type of behavior. It's similar to holding a magnet next to an old CRT TV.

Btw, how can magnetic interference from the motors affect the video?
