b) Because if videos were simply stored on this site, it would require that viewers download the entire video before playing that video.
YouTube or Vimeo are sites designed to host video.
Post your video to either/or Youtube or Vimeo. Vimeo has a free membership for small uploads. Once you get the video uploaded to these video posting services you can copy the link and paste it into the attach file section here.What file format does a video need to post here?
