What files? How and where to send them?

So, getting ready for a crash or fly away or similar erratic act where I lose a Mavic for unknown to me reasons, I am wondering if there is a tutorial or instructions on what files to extract and what the files do and where they are to be found?

I would appreciate any info as to where to find this info without reading the manual.

Now..he way I am with everything I'm involved in, I want to know everything there is to know. I now not only know how to access and upload flight logs, but how to convert them and read them.
