what is best tablet?

My iPhone X overheats and gets very dim. I'm thinking about a iPad mini 500 nits vs iPhone pro Max at 800 nits.

iPad mini could overheat as well ,but the larger screen would assist with visibility of the tiny DJI fly icons.

I bought a used iPad Mini 4, which I love. The good: iOS works better than Android. It fits--just barely--into the un-modified controller. The bad: It takes a LONG time to charge. I don't mind people knowing my age (78), but I'm secretive about my DOB, as I am with my SSN. Our age as shown in our profile is based on our reported DOB, which in my case, is fictitious.

Fully understand - trust me I feel the same way and do the same thing. Unless ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY I never list my correct DOB
