What is cinematic mode?

In settings ive always seen sliders for cinematic mode that are greyes out.
Do they relate to one of the "Intelligent modes". I was having too much fun with normal mode
to ever bother with them

Yes, they relate to the Cinematic Intelligent flight mode which has reduced yaw sensitivity and braking. Those settings let you customize that mode.
