so here is sunset hyperlapse tonight. I couldnt get my exposure to really work well but maybe the sun was just too bright. Towards end I was at 5.6.

It's not really a suitable subject, if you want to see some detail on the ground the sun and sky colour will be overexposed unless you have a graduated filter - difficult with a drone camera though not impossible.
You have a better chance of lifting shadows in dark areas than recovering anything from a burnt out sky.
