Have 4 batteries. Placed 3 on charger after they have been setting for about 3-4 weeks and spontaneous discharged to two light level. Checked back about 4 hours later. Two batteries charged and one is stuck with the 2 center lights on. It won't turn on. It won't turn off. Just stuck with the 2 center lights on. Can anyone direct me to a discussion of this problem? The batteries I have have not been used much. Should be like new.
