Nice, talk about flying over people. If it's more than 249g then it needs to have RID. Do you need a part 107 to fly a drone to cover you from the rain? Either way, just make sure you get LAANC when it's raining in controlled airspace. 
Cheaper alternatives that are totally hands free. 
They work when flying in sunlight as well to help keep the glare off of the screen when flying the drone.

Theres a storm comin! I think I'll break out my expensive SAIL and see if it will keep me dry.
