Whats the diffrence between saving to phone album vs app album?

Title is the question but when you download from fly app to the phone. Seems to go to the same place to me...

If you save to your phone or in my case, a smart controller, my experience has been that it will only save at screen resolution (1920X1280), but if you save to the SD card on the drone, it saves as a high resolution image (in my case, a RAW file). I save to the drone.

1st, thanks for the response.
2nd, I don't think that right there is a low res version when you look in the album in the fly app but im talking about exporting from fly app to the phone. I just checked and this image was exported and its the same as what came off the drone (granted its jpeg only not Raw).
