When I download pics

Using the app with drone on.

It only downloads small cached thumbnails and low res JPEGs...correct?

I take both JPEG and RAW simultaneously.

What storage do you acces to get the pictures? Is it the SD-Card in the drone or do you try to get the pics from the controler attached display (phone, tablet)?

The easiest way I know is simply take the SD-Card from the drone, put it in the computer and whoopsdeehoops, you have the pictures.

You can download the hi-res JPEG either manually (viewing and hitting the download button) or by enabling Auto Sync HD when the files gets transfered to your device.
As the RAW files are substantially larger, they won't be transmitted over air at any time.
