Which Mode to use ?

How would you use APAS on BYPASS or BRAKE?
I tent to use my Mavic 3 on brake instead of bypass cause I feel the drone is smoother, I wish I can use it on bypass but I don't feel it as smooth and is a tad jumpy.

I think most, including myself fly in brake mode because of the oversensitive OA system
