Well his only saving grace is that he can peel that entire coating off. Its plastidip which is peelable.

Lots of ricers use those colorful PlastiDip colors to spray thier rims rather than the proper way of dismounting the tires. Professionally stripping the rims and then powder coating.

An interesting technique they use is to inset playing cards vertically between the rim and the tire all the way around and then spray.

Its ghetto fabulous.

Hey now, Plasti dip has come a long way. There are some really cool things you can do with it. It is not ghetto if done the right way. You can make it look really good. then peal it off when you are bored with it.
