Why do all my Mavic 3 Intelligent Batteries only charge to about 4500 mah

Why do all my mavic 3 Intelligent flight batteries only charge to around 4500 or less on all my differant batteries?
Can someone help me Does anybody know that can tell me?

Is that the amount that is added during the charging cycle or the total that the batteries are charged to?

My 8500mAh batteries for my drones usually only need 3500mAh to 4500mAh to recharge from storage level. That is where my batteries end up after a flight. I never take them to a low battery warning unless there is a reason I can’t land at the time and place of my primary landing zone and have to divert to a secondary or tertiary site.

4500mAh is 90% of 5000mAh... so seems like you fly them to around 10%, which seems likely (but really risky). You will only be able to charge in 5000mAh if you drain the batteries completely.

Over time & use the batteries will slowly lose capacity & will no longer be able to hold those 5000mAh specified.
