Beautiful!

Although it may not snow here until January and it snows a lot less here than NJ where we used to live, we're heading to the desert the first opportunity we get. I want to exchange Ocean views, beautiful snow clad mountain views, lush greenery, all amazing for sure, with a desert landscape, no snow, some rain is ok and no lawns (have 6 ac here).
