WTF is going on?

I just flew for the first time in nearly 3 weeks at a location I've been flying for over 2 years. Nothing but limitations. Can't go about 197 feet, sometimes I can get to about 350 I'm not in a NFZ....what happened and what is going on? I'm out of the loop.
