Yellow bars on SC

Can any one tell me what the flickering yellow horizontal lines at top and bottom of screen are.
I also noticed them on a few utube video's. Doesn't really interfere with info on screen but not sure what its about.
I'm flying a MA 2 with a SC and latest software.
