What is that yellow circle with. The x on the top left for that shows up on the screen.

That's the crosshairs for launching missiles

More seriously, if you tap on the camera view on your screen it will set exposure for that point, and this is shown with the yellow circle. To get rid of it just tap the little X next to it.
