So.......somebody please tell me how to post a picture here. When I click on the image icon here, this website wants me to link to a location staring with http://............
What am I missing?

Very easy! One you have prepared your image, remember where it is on your computer (I use the desktop). Be sure the image is a JPG or a very small RAW file (less than 2 MB in my experience). Hit the "Attach files" (paper clip), navigate to your image and highlight it in blue. At the lower right hand corner of your frame, hit "upload." Once you see the image imported, click on the small words (insert)(Full Image) inside the image. Here is an example. My example is 1.9MB.
