Zoom/DPad

For some reason I can't get my zoom to work with the D pad, I'm pretty sure it has worked in the past.

Are you shooting in 4k? 4k can't zoom. If not check your remote settings (its the one with the icon of the little remote control) and make sure the d-pad buttons are set up how you think they are.

The default button setup on the controller has the zoom controlled by the right wheel knob.

Nope.. I was referring to the Mavic 2 zoom

Haha ok I was like, “am I crazy?” There for a second. Since the OP posted this in the Mavic Pro section I assume the OP was talking about the Mavic Pro
