That's where I stored the mini 4 when I flew my SPARK. I purchased a different case and the top foam was glued in place. 😕 If you can't find an appropriate case, perhaps build your own custom case...

Most of the hard cases have a foam top, where the foam can be pulled back and an iPad placed behind it.
