Hello, everyone.
I'm new to the forum. I have a problem.
I upgraded my Galaxy 9 to S24. My MAVIC AIR software didn't get transferred. Can anyone help me with this? I've had nothing but trouble connecting with DJI support. I understand the situation can be rectified, but I'm having a bear of a time finding out how!

I have a Mavic 3 classic and feel the photos are not sharp in places.
To help me decide if to contact DJI or not, are you able to share the photos from a year ago when you had issues so I can see if this is the same for me.
