That's exactly what used to happen to mine. Couldn't fix it myself I'm afraid. I ended up returning it to the store and exchanging for a new one as I didn't not want to send back to DJI. Can you still return it?
Still say it again. It's an hardware issue. most likely the cable. I returned a Mavic that was doing that **** all the time, for a new one. The new one works fine, with same phone / settings / mem cards, where as the old one did NOT.
Well I got it before any file splits (within a minute even) On different cards.
I think it's various types of issues, that manifest a similar results. That's why there's too much debate and nothing conclusive.
I believe my issue was the cable being damaged in some way.
Sorry to break to you, you're stuck with 0100 for the foreseeable future. You may be able to downgrade to the other firmwares available in assistant, but I've not tried that.
It has been known to happen. Under various conditions and circumstances. And some resets are quick events (gimbal freaks out once) or longer, just like what you've shown... what's Interesting in your case, camera seems to have continued to record. Whenever it's happened to me in the past...
Think I may of uses it at the beginning to "test" the feature and see the accuracy of the landing spot.
Then there has been one occasion where it has triggered after signal failure...drone was 50 meters away. So that was strange.
I still haven't been able to change firmwares using dumldore, it either fails, goes through and remains the same or does nothing.
