Nice video...I have tons of pics and video from a wide-base water tank down in Pa.
I would love to see a video of when they put the curtains up from the braces on top and haul the curtains for painting. I always seem to miss it.

If i'm not mistaken the last panel is lying on the ground. It would be fun to see it put in place. Thanks for sharing.
