creating a movie help

Hi guys. Ive taken my mavic out for its maiden flight and created a movie on the DJI Go app. when I try to complete the video, it downloads to 58% then the app crashes and goes to my phone home screen. Ive closed everything down, phone off/on etc and tried again but same result. Has anyone had this before and what can `i do to fix this? Thanks in advance troops.

Sorry if I misunderstood your point but why don't you take the SD card to download the hi-res files directly on your computer?

apologies if this seems a basic question. Ive only flown her once and this is my first footage. I was under the impression you could edit the photos on the app? ill download as it'll be easier on my laptop. ta

I didn't mean to be rude. I never tried to edit photos nor videos in the app. Actually I didn't even know I could!
I thought it might be much better work with the hi-res files.
