Dji Pilot app version problems

Hi Please help if possible.

I fly with a Samsung S7 tablet using Dji pilot app v2.5.1.15 and everything works perfectly.

I'm trying to use my samsung s21fe as well, but can only download v2.5.1.17 and this is causing a black screen for the video feed.

All other updates are latest versions. Image is of tablet.

Does anyone know what the issue could be.

What drone? The Pilot app only works with Enterprise drones. Consumer drones use either DJI Fly or Go 4 depending on the model. They need to be downloaded from DJI's website if you're an android user.
