Dji care refresh

Who knows why the last 2 months after updating dji app to 0000 version while I start it I have the option to buy care refresh?
I wait to use it after my first crash [emoji5]

Then no matter what the app is offering, I doubt you'll be able to purchase it and activate it.... But if you did want to try, then I'd buy it now. The first thing they do in the event of a claim is check the flight data so if you try and purchase it after you crash, they'll decline it rregardless... But as said, I doubt youl'll get it activated anyway given how long you've had it flying.

I am guessing it is more likely to be a problem with the installation of the app on your phone that's confusing it into offering it to you....

Got my MP just a few ago and saw DJI Care Refresh in the DJI Store. Tried to order and was rejected. Called Customer Service and they immediately sent me an email with a link and instructions to order.
Once I hit the link, all went smoothly, well and I was able to get it.
