Dji service issues

Hello All,

After receiving my drone I had a little accident with my drone in my house,
So I sent it in for service for dji to repair it.
I sent it with dji ups label.
they received it January 5th and last 10 days
I have been calling to see what's going on with my drone as online repair order says they are waiting to receive it.
My 3 calls
Every time I'm being told
They are elevating the case ,
I should receive a update 24-48 hours
And nothing has happened.
I'm totally disappointed with the service
Every time I wait about a hour to talk to someone and no help whatsoever.

Terrible customer care.....

What's your suggestion I do next ?

I wish my first post wasn't like this
But it's been 3 weeks no answers
Pretty sad.....
