Download Firmware Download Button Missing

Anyone have an Issue with the missing download button?
Drone says it needs a firmware update and when selected goes to the screen with a tiny blue test box 143mb but doesn't show the big blue download button.
Any thoughts?

Haven't even flown it yet. and can't get past this...

No idea what you're talking about, but have you tried installing DJI Assistant on your computer? You can use it to upgrade both the RC and Mavic firmware by turning the RC on, turning the Mavic on, connecting the RC to your computer from the port in its side, and opening DJI Assistant- the first page after you log in and select "Mavic Pro controller" or "Mavic Pro" should let you download and install a firmware updateto the controller and its connected drone. Takes maybe 15 minutes to do it.

iOS or droid?

Clear all the data down from the app, uninstall then reinstall. If that fails then use Assistant 2 as mentioned above.
