Editing videos

I’m a bit of a newbie just took some awesome videos today on my mp2 with new smart remote on my return downloaded 4K originals to my remote and have gone into DJIGo 4 app to edit them but have message coming up saying video format is not supported? Why is this? These where in MP4 4K 3840x2160 30fps. I have previously used this with my old remote and mobile and had no problems editing in DJIGO 4 can anyone help a newbie?

Possibly ur phone does not support 4K display or 30fps, one of the reasons I do editing on my desktop pooter

No it’s the smart controller that doesn’t support format when transferred to phone can edit ok seem strange that controller designed to make it easier Doesnt

There is likely to be a problem if you are using the 10 bit H.265 codec, as it's way too much for any mobile device to handle natively. Only the M2P and Phantom 4 use H.265 and only the M2P in 10bit, so you may have inadvertently switched from H.264 and that is causing the issue.
