Here is a May 2018 article about Frank. Amazing that 70% of his market is in North America and the CEO and founder doesnt speak English in his interview. Maybe that's why DJI always has a proxy (Steve Jobs lookalike) when presenting a new project.

The majority of people mad at DJI are the ones that can’t make their products work on their phones or crashed /lost a drone and think they deserve a free replacement.

OP, what is it about DJI that you are angry about?

Im still angry about the 2016 Mavic Pro release debacle. They held my money for months without sending me a drone, and no word about when it would be delivered. Then in 2017, they released the overpriced Spark, and in January 2018 the Air, which tanked my Sparks value.
