Hi! I have 2 drones, a SYMA X8SW and just got the Dji Mini 2. I was debating on holding out for the Mini 3, but decided to just start learning with the Mini 2. I'm still a newbie since our SYMA broke on us after trying to fly it a few times. Would love to meet up with folks in the metroplex and if you can share of different areas to fly at that would be great!

I had a cheap Syma drone too but it was nothing more than a glorified toy to be honest. Very cheap and cheerful.

I am awaiting my new Air 2S with RC Pro that should arrive within the next hour to my wife at home in California, while I sit here in the UK and pine.

Yeah, I got the SYMA as a gift a few years ago and something never seemed right with ours. My husband thought we should start something inexpensive to get our feet wet. Flash forward a couple of years and I decided we should just go for a DJI.

How exciting! Love that kind of delivery !
