How to control the camera angles smoothly

Just a newbie.

I'm just about 2 days old with mavic. I'm sure there is a lot to learn. One thing I've noticed the camera moves too fast when I try to move it upwards downwards. In video recording it doesn't look smooth and I'm not sure what to adjust

Using RC with iPhone 7plus.

Appreciate if anyone can give some tips. Thanks guys.
