Mavic 2 compatible with DJI Goggles, need firmware update

Since the Goggles support 2.4 GHz only, I wonder if there's a way to keep the M2 from changing to the 5.8 GHz band?

DJI store page says goggles firmware would come at the end of the month.

Freq selection is obviously automatic according to device capabilities.

Yeah found this info too. Lets hope for it to be on schedule.

You mean the M2, once linked to the Goggles, "knows" that it needs to stick to the 2.4 band?
That would sure be a sensible feature...

Yup most likely. Even if not it would just be a matter of selecting 2.4 instead of auto yourself, which has been on their other devices before.

Have you updated both's firmware?
Out of the box I had to update the MP2 before the first flight.
I updated the Goggles firmware with the most current version available. What shows on the Linking screen is Mavic and Phantom 4 Pro V2 Linking does not work when selecting Mavic
and when I select Phantom 4 Pro V2 i have to connect the USB cable to my goggles and the controller but I still don't get video

ya so wouldn't precision landing so I guess we will see.

No, the update for the RE was released on the 27th...

Not our for the old ones yet though.

The new M2 firmware 01.04.0500 for the white Goggles is made available today ( just chatted with DJI tech support)

YES! Did they say anything about 01.04.0600 as seen on their site? Hell, as long as it works with the M 2 P for now I'll be happy!
