Mavic 2 crashed; trying to learn/figure out why

So true, I was hiking through a slot canyon and tried to get a position fix with my GPS. There were enough satellites but PDOP was high because the satellites were grouped in a narrow line. The next time through there, I got a good fix but realized later it was way off by over 100 meters! I think we were also dealing with a lot of signal bounce in the granitic bedrock of the canyon.

for situations like that, or if you ever take off in downtown between skyscrapers - it is better to have tripod mode reconfigured for the atti mode. with gps signal reflections you may get bad side effects and drone will try to dart around to compensate.

Not the IMU, once forget except after crash/incident.
Compass..check pre-flight but as long as in green.

Also dont hold your controller if possible, (especially if modded), when doing the comapss Hokey Pokey.
