Anybody know where I can get the little Allen screws that are on the outside of my Mavic Pro?
They are rather cheaply made and strip very easily when tightening.

Sure it isn't the plastic that's stripped?

That would be my guess. Much more likely the plastic threads are stripped.

I thought I had this problem but it turned out my Allen driver was stripped. A closely-sized Torx driver bit into them and saved the day until I could get a new 1.5mm Allen driver. Worth a try.
