Mini 3 Pro left front prop sticks

My Mini 3 Pro's left front prop fails to spin almost every time I take it out for a flight. After it fails to take off, I manually rotate it a couple of revolutions and try again. I may have to do this two or three times, but it eventually fixes the problem.

Any suggestions on what might be causing the problem or how to fix it permanently

May well be debris inside the housing. Try blowing the motor out with canned compressed Air (keyboard cleaner). Did this happen from first boot-up? or is it a problem that started after a few flights? If it is relatively new, I'd be inclined to play safe and send it back to DJI for them to inspect and rectify.

If, after blowing, the behaviour remains, I would have the drone repaired, better that than have the motor jam in flight.
