Hey guys just joined up and looking to get a Mavic pro. I currently have a Phantom standard with ARGtek mod and like it but as everyone else I want more. I wanted a Phantom professional but the more I read and the portability of the Mavic got me leaning towards it instead. I see a lot of complaints of updates and app problems so I'm kinda on the line rather to buy or not.

FWIW, I haven't had any trouble updating my Mavic since I got it back in October. I've installed every update DJI released. You'd probably find the majority of Mavic owners have had the same experience if you were able to somehow poll all of them.
