RC signal strength indicator

Just had a short flight to try out some nd filter videoing as first time weather has been bright enough.
I was using a sunhood one which fits over the RC antennas and noticed the RC signal strength indicator was blinking rapidly I've never noticed this on previous flights and thought maybe the sunhood was the cause but having removed it the indicator continued its rapid blinking I was within 10ft of the AC at the time.
Just updated firmware to .700 this morning anyone had this before or noticed it since updating to .700

Might add checked warnings and nothing out of the usual

Blinking signal strength indicators has been covered here a bunch of times and it is also in the manual. That said it indicates signal interference. Once the blinking starts it won't stop until you land the aircraft.
