Shutter Adjustment Dial not working

Right wheel seems to be unassigned and not functioning. Anyone know how to fix this via app or is it something that needs to be done via assistant.

You can assign the right or left different functions in go4..
It might be under remote icon, I’m not sure cause I haven’t utilized it but have seen where u can select function
