Signal loss ?

Just got my M2pz out to check for updates before i go away. I start up but the screen keeps changing from black and white to colour, freezez and then says loss of signal. At 15 foot away ?
~Any ideas ?

What screen? Phone? Smart controller?
Was it flying fine before? Was there some update features that you were attempting to acquire?
Zoom or Pro? (Doesn’t really matter. They are the same except for the camera)

Phone app screen. Yes, been flying perfectly in the past. The only updates it had were the fly maps.

I had the same problem. I changed from using the short connector from the phone to the (side) of the controller to a USB in the (bottom) of the controller. I believe the small connector on the side of the controller can dis-connect to easily. IMHO! No problem since.

Ive just had the Drone doctor get back to me, They have said exactly what you have. That small DJI cable is faulty.
Thank god, Cheap fix
