Unable to Connect Android v 6.01

Hi,

I recently got this and haven't been able to view the video feed with my phone. The 1st phone I tried was lagging and getting green screen so I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S7 active...

It's on the list of compatible phones, but won't connect. What can I do?

When plugged in it shows charging, but won't connect. Any settings, updates etc... to do the trick?

What about a 3rd party app which isn't too different from the GoApp?
