Warning “max altitude approached”

My Mavic 3 Pro keeps giving me a “Max Altitude Approaching” and I’m at sea level and haven’t even taken off yet. Been doing it for a few months.

I also got camera obstruction and yesterday prop damage and everything is fine. It clears up after a minute or so just wondering if it normal or others are getting these warnings?

I keep it updated and have the altitude set at 1640’ I believe.

Finally got around to doing that and I’m still getting the warning at start up. And I just did the latest update as well.

What am I missing?

I’m at sea level and flying in a Zone C. Not sure if that matters.
