Hey, did that on purpose!!! (I live near an airport so "outside" did not seem to be a good idea, my yard is full of trees, driving to an area to fly only to find out it needs "upgrades" would be a bummer, and the main reason was I knew it could not "fly away"!)

No issues at all doing that. (Right up till the RC disconnected and it was set to RTH )
