I feel for you but this topic has been beat to death, buried, resurrected, beat to death and buried x10000. If you can physically get the drone or prove that it’s an issue with the hardware, you should be ok but if not, you’re out of luck. I would guess it was a bird that knocked it out of the sky.

What is the best thing to use to clean battery terminals? Or do you just need to use a brush? I had some mud and what looked like corrosion on the battery and Mavic power terminals. I originally used gun cloth patches and some custom cleaner/solvent I use with my guns. Is alcohol best? I know...

Sorry for the delay, my work is really busy, it took me 1 1/2 months to even report the crash to my insurance. Haha The pins were not misaligned and looked straight but it looks like there was some corrosion or something on some of the terminals. That might not even be because of the crash...

Just out of curiosity, where were you standing or landing the drone? If you go down this avenue, won’t they just correct the sign?

Nothing. I have 3 batteries and they show a charge but it doesn’t turn on or show any lights(other than a charge indication).

I started taking it apart at work so I can’t currently take any pictures. I’d like to figure the power issue first because that might be more serious. Are there any cables I should check if it won’t turn on at all? Any idea how much the front right arm might cost?

I was flying my Mavic and it got the attention of some birds....never really knew that birds cared about drones but apparently they are very territorial. They seemed to attack it and knocked it into a tree limb which caused the Mavic to fall. The result was at least one really busted up...

How do you get the license? I am planning to go to Thailand for vacation and would like to take my Mavic.

Does anyone add a sticker or hand write your information on your Mavic? Obviously some people would try to keep it but occasionally there are decent people still around.

Amazon had a version of the Mavic Pro called the International Version. It's not sold by a 3rd party, it's sold by Amazon. I saw a previous thread that people thought it may have been intended for a different market(China or somewhere else). I just don't see Amazon getting grey market Mavics...
