    UPS delivered my drone Monday although when I looked Sunday night it said delivery on Tuesday. Most importantly I have it. It is a new Air 3s. I am most grateful to DJI for the warranty service that cost me $0.00. It is rare for companies these days to provide customer service at the level.

    I don’t know if it is delayed or lost because customer service is closed. It went from delivery on Friday, then the delayed trailer arrival caused a 1 day delay will be delivered by Saturday 6:00pm. Now it says we will let you know when we can delivery your package. Seems to me if it was delayed...
