I’m having the exact same problem it just started when I updated the firmware, The whole reason for me signing in today was to see if anyone else was having this problem

Same for me got a brand new zoom and flying with in 6 days,,, great job DJI

Have both that I use for work ( building in bridge demolition ) By no means am I a professional, I can tell you that I find myself using my pro 2 almost all of the time, I have no problem with getting up close to my work, if interested I’m thinking about selling my zoom let me know

Had almost the same problem but was able to bring it back??? ??‍♂️ But let me just say this I had an accident with my Mavic to zoom I crashed it inside into some powerlines I sent it back and had a brand new one within seven days I read and I hear all these problems I just have not experienced...

Man sorry for your lost! DJI replaced mine with out to much trouble, different circumstances , but you got a tray did you retrieve any footage that would definitely help your case
