Two weeks ago to the day, I sent in my MA for evaluation and repair after a mishap. I did buy their coverage, even though I thought I wouldn't need it (ha). It was determined that my original unit was totaled, so I was sent a brand spanking new one. After a few bumps getting it linked, I was up in the air in no time (see below). Kudos to DJI support. Interestingly, at every stage of the process, DJI would alert me that this or that step would take 2 or 3 days, but ended up happening the same day. I guess they've got the "under promise, over deliver" thing down. Anyway, I'm back and in the air.
